Erin has been in the entertainment industry for over 15 years as an actor, presenter, model, radio announcer and voice over artist.

Russell White's experience in the Driver Training Industry spans more than 17 years. He is widely regarded as one of Australia's leading Road Safety advocates and most recently was the General Manager of the highly successful Holden Performance Driving Centre on the Gold Coast.

He has contributed articles for motoring publications such as "The Road Ahead" and "Business Fleet Monthly". Currently, he also writes a weekly Driver Safety tip for the Gold Coast Bulletin.

In addition, Russell is also the founder of Fatality Free Friday. This unique road safety initiative started in 2007 and was part of the first United Nations Global Road Safety Week. Fatality Free Friday represents a fresh approach in dealing with the complex issue of road safety. The day is an annual national event designed to focus public attention on road safety and encourage all road users to think about road trauma and to drive safely.

The BBQ Bachelors are two young Aussie blokes (as well as qualified chefs) that love the outdoors and love to “live the dream” of camping, fishing, surfing and heaps of other activities that make Australia great. It’s not all about relaxing in the bush though. The guys attend national surfing and wakeboarding events, as well as put themselves on the line doing ‘hot laps’ in a V8 Supercar and jumping out of a perfectly good plane.

Amongst doing all of these exciting things, the guys will cook up a feed each week on the show on location where ever they are, using only their Southern Stainless Cookout barbecue!
