Russell White's
experience in the Driver Training Industry spans
more than 17 years. He is widely regarded as one
of Australia's leading Road Safety advocates and
most recently was the General Manager of the highly
successful Holden Performance Driving Centre on
the Gold Coast.
He has contributed articles for motoring publications
such as "The Road Ahead" and "Business
Fleet Monthly". Currently, he also writes a
weekly Driver Safety tip for the Gold Coast Bulletin.
In addition, Russell is also the founder of Fatality
Free Friday. This unique road safety initiative
started in 2007 and was part of the first United
Nations Global Road Safety Week. Fatality Free Friday
represents a fresh approach in dealing with the
complex issue of road safety. The day is an annual
national event designed to focus public attention
on road safety and encourage all road users to think
about road trauma and to drive safely.
